A young Florentine chef born in 1991, talented and enthusiastic, is at the head of the renewed concept of the San Paolino restaurant. Lorenzo Vendali has created a menu where all his past experiences converge. He worked in important restaurants and bistros in Florence, such as La Ménagère, the Caffè dell'Oro of Lungarno Collection, then moving on to Osteria Gucci.
The typical Neapolitan hospitality and warmth finds expression at San Paolino in the person of Antonio De Chiara, the restaurant manager who, with his long experience and great professionalism acquired during his career in hospitality, manages the restaurant and shares his enthusiasm with the entire staff.
